Electric Foamie Glider Olympics

Pilots with electric foam gliders are invited to participate in an intriguing day of glider olympics The event will include a series of tasks that will include aerobatics, precision circuits, spot landings, pylon racing, etc.
Date: Saturday 22 April: (Subject to the weather conditions on the day.)
Glider requirements: Front or pod mounted ‘standard’ motors. Wingspan to be no more than 1700mm or 66". Exceptions may be granted if you do not have a glider that fits these requirements.
Start: 1pm. Finish: Approximately 4:30pm.
Venue: Bass Oval, Bass. Onsite amenities and plenty of parking.
Travel: 45 minutes drive from Cranbourne.
Food: Great food at Tooradin (35 minutes drive from Bass) and Grantville (just a stone’s throw from the town of Bass).
If you don’t have a foamie we’ll lend you one.
Buddy box training will be at the venue if you are inexperienced.
Important note: (Pilots MUST register so that the organisers can prepare accordingly, as well as notifying of any change in the date.)
